There is nothing like talking with another person who knows the language and culture of the 12 Step way of life. I was astounded how well mindset coaching fit into the method recommended by the Big Book of AA and am committed to helping people work through any limitations and blocks that keep them from the freedom of recovery. That is the goal of this type of coaching. I recommend a one time session followed up by a suggested number of packaged sessions (4, 8 or 12), depending on the extent of progress desired to be made. Includes: 45 minutes of 1:1 coaching Suggested homework to continue working through what came up in session. Unlimited access via email to discuss coaching topics, homework topics and thought-work that comes up between sessions with a 24-48 turnaround response.
